Simon is a Project and Program Management and Systems Engineering Professional having worked in the industries of Aerospace and Defence, Airlines, Information & Communications Technology (ICT), with both Government and Commercial organisations.  With over 30 years of professional experience, Simon has gained a significant level of expertise in Program and Project Management; Business Process Improvement; Systems Engineering; Information and Communications Technology; Systems Integration and Test; Customer Support and Training; and Professional Learning and Development.  Simon has a pragmatic and practical ‘can -do’ reputation with work associates, commercial contractors, government and military personnel for the project achievements and results that he has accomplished.  Simon has a well-developed management style backed by strong communication skills and a commercial approach with a keen interest in improving business strategies and practices.

Simon has a passion for PM Learning and Development and he applies his practical coaching and mentoring skills in all his assignments and professional PM practice. Simon is a practised workshop and strategy facilitator and he is a Master Coach for the unique Leading Project Teams (LPT) Workshop.

Maja is a results driven, self-motivated and resourceful Chartered Accountant with a proven ability to provide key financial analysis, support and reporting to assist in key business decisions.  She has demonstrated strong analytical skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deadlines.  Having excellent communication skills, she is able to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers. She is able simplify terms and effectively communicate  financial information to people without a finance background.  Maja is passionate about finance, strategy, process improvements, and how a business organisation can drive business performance and transparency through financial reporting and analysis.

Maja has global experience in internal controls, budgeting, financial reporting and tax compliance, having worked in heavy equipment, manufacturing and service industry, simulation and software development, retail and luxury fashion.
 
One of Maja’s passions is process improvements and system implementations.  She has been involved in several ERP implementations over the years (including Oracle, SAP, Xero, and SAGE X3).

Ian is a highly experienced Master Scheduler with demonstrated experience across multiple industries, including Defence and ICT for both commercial and government organisations. His project planning and controls (PP&C) expertise, including his scheduling specialisation, is supported with a background as a qualified communications and electronics engineer, with both the Royal Australian Navy (1988-2003) and Boeing Australia Limited (2003-2006). Ian is highly personable with strong stakeholder, team leadership, and trainer skills. He is practiced in Earned Value Management, Critical Path Management, Theory of Constraints, and is expert in the use of several scheduling applications such as Primavera, MS Project Professional, and Open Plan Professional (OPP). Ian specialises in setting up large and complex project schedules within Program Management Offices, including with suitable status and reporting mechanisms, and the transfer of knowledge required for a client organisation to sustain its own PP&C capability.
