From business needs and opportunities to capability development, and to product delivery and support, PROGRAMspace can provide Project Management, Project Planning & Controls, Project Scheduling, Systems Engineering, Business Process Improvement, and Financial and Business Management guidance and services to support effective Program Management.
We have a networked team of experts who have worked with Australian Government customers and have extensive experience in supporting multi-vendor programs, projects and operating models. We are also highly skilled in working in cross-functional and diverse teams.
